An exporter built for buyer due diligence
Serious buyers check three things: whether the grades are real, whether the paperwork is clean, and whether supply holds up in month eleven. This page is our answer to all three.
Where we ship
North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, the Gulf, Australia, and Asia-Pacific. Destination-specific compliance is agreed before the first order, not discovered after it.
Per-lot, per-destination
Moisture, aflatoxin, and pesticide-residue testing run to the legal requirements of your market, with the certificate of analysis attached to the lot — not to a marketing page.
From Harda to port
Central India’s road and rail links move containers to the western ports. EXW and FOB standard; CIF/CFR on request. Bag weights and palletization to your warehouse’s preference.
Registrations & certifications
Indian food-business and export registrations underpin every shipment, and our certification roadmap is being executed in the order global buyers actually require: food-safety management first, then destination-specific registrations, then origin certifications. Ask us for the current status matrix — we share it plainly, including what is still in progress.

Do you sell retail or small quantities?
No. We are a B2B bulk supplier only — importers, distributors, roasters, and private-label brands. We do not sell flavoured or retail-packed makhana.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis for the lot, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, and any destination-specific documentation agreed at order time.
How is quality verified before I commit?
We share the spec sheet and a grade reference, then courier samples drawn from current lots. Each shipped lot carries lab results run to your destination country's requirements.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
EXW and FOB as standard; CIF/CFR on request depending on destination. Shipments move through India's western container ports.
Can you supply year-round?
Makhana is a seasonal crop traded year-round from stored stock. We plan allocations with regular buyers so grades stay available across the year — tell us your annual volumes and we will plan with you.
Tell us your market.
Country, volumes, grades — we'll come back with specs, compliance notes for your destination, and a quote.
